Invitation to
The Wellness Plan
This service is by invite only. The purpose of this plan is to support your ongoing healing process at an affordable cost after we have assessed, treated and deemed suitable. Treatments are in a group setting with up to 6 people in the room at a time. You will be in a quiet space getting your treatment while others do the same. Your health information is kept confidential and you will not need to discuss anything with anyone other than your acupuncturist. Discussion is limited to a basic checkup as to where you are at currently. Less time for talking, more time for healing.

Overview

Monthly cost of $80 and continues as long as you need it.

One treatment per week is included.

Additional treatments may be purchased for $20 each.

Billing is automatic each month from the date you started.

No contract/cancel anytime (cancellation must be prior to the next billing date by email, no refunds) once you cancel you must see the Acupuncturist at regular fees, re-entry into The Wellness Plan will be by invitation only.

There are no cancellation fees for missing a treatment in The Wellness Plan however, you will forfeit your treatment for that week if you fail to remove yourself from the scheduled treatment at least 8hrs ahead of time.

Missed treatments do not "roll over", if you fail to come in one week you do not get an extra treatment the following week.

Multiple patients are treated at the same time in The Wellness Plan (this means less one-on-one time than a private treatment, which can be scheduled separately if needed at regular fees).
